I’m Crystal, owner and baker of GoodyBox Cupcakes. After years of baking for friends and family, I decided to follow my dreams and with the encouragement from my husband I decided to open GoodyBox Cupcakes. I’ve been baking for years and through trial and error have developed my own delicious recipes. Baking is my passion and I strive to offer the best dessert you've ever tasted. After a few years in business, I opened a retail location. It was through this retail location that I was able to meet wonderful people and to hone my baking skills. After 3 years in retail, we decided to move our shop back to our home bakery. The retail location we chose was just not a good fit for our business or family. We hope to find a new location that embodies what GoodyBox is all about, in the future.
At GoodyBox our cupcakes and other goodies are handcrafted and baked fresh and completely from scratch for every order. We do not start any of our cakes with a mix, none of our buttercreams come out of a bucket. Everything is from scratch, from the cake to the fillings(such as caramel, pastry cream, and real fruit fillings) to the buttercream on top. We use the finest ingredients such as Madagascar bourbon vanilla, Callebaut or Valrhona chocolates, Olive Nation extracts, and so much more.
Most of our cupcakes are topped with our signature "dream silk" buttercream, which is a melt-in-your-mouth buttery, whipped, and creamy buttercream, that is not overly sweet. In addition to cupcakes/cakes we also offer a wide assortment of the best cookies and brownies around. Try one of our delicious hand pies, made with our scratch buttery flaky crusts and scratch fillings.
