Q. Do they need to be refrigerated?
A. No. All of our cupcakes are safe at room temperature for at least 24 hours from pickup/delivery. Also, refrigerating tends to dry things out (dehumidification is a natural side effect of refrigeration/air conditioning).
Q. Are your cakes made from scratch?
A. Yes! All cakes, fillings, and icings are made from scratch. It takes a lot of extra time & effort but we feel that the end result is worth it. We also love to use local ingredients when possible, such as dairy from Maple View Farms.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes! Delivery is included with price for most parts of the *triangle. Setup and delivery outside this zone will be an additional fee.

Q. How do I care for my cupcakes?
A. Because we do not use preservatives, our cupcakes are always best served the day you receive them. If you do plan to serve them the next day, you may store them in the same box on the counter(covered in plastic wrap) or in a tupperware container. The cardboard insert in your box is intended to keep your cupcakes upright but unfortunately if the box is tipped/tilted, the cupcakes will fall over. Please try not to tip the box. To minimize the chance of tipping the cupcakes out of the insert, hold the box at the sides and while traveling keep it level.
Q. Can I get a hot fudge sundae cake?
A. Yes! We make most our cupcakes in the cake form. We call these flavor cakes.
Q. Can I rent a cupcake or cake stand?
A. Yes! We have a variety of stands and you can rent this with your order, deposit is required.
Q. Do you offer tastings?
A. Sorta! You can purchase a dozen cupcakes of any flavor or our duo dozen pack for $35. Then if you place your order with us and the total is over $300, we will deduct the $35 from your total.
Q. What about allergies?
A. Yes! We use ingredients that some people are allergic to such as milk, wheat, various nuts, soy, egg, etc. GoodyBox cannot and does not guarantee its products are allergen free. Many products contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, various nuts, soy, egg or other allergens that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. It is up to the customer to inform their guests if a product contains such ingredients. We hope in the future to be able to offer some "free of" cupcakes and other goodies.
